Utpal “UV” Vaishnav founded the Upsquare® Group of Companies in 2012. Upsquare is today a holding company and incubator of independent and integrated businesses and startups.

UV visualized, articulated, and influenced one of the finest value-generation bootstrapped machines in the mobile app sector. Under his leadership, Upsquare launched and cultivated over ten tech startups, amassing significant value for its stakeholders.

When UV needed funds for developing the products he visualized, he came up with UX consulting services while working full-time on his product startup and generating the necessary funds. Unlike many peers, he did not classify his business as a product or service company. “We all are in ONE business: value creation using the fastest sustainable route,” He says.

UV visualized UCS as an ecosystem where rebel professionals can embrace entrepreneurial ambitions while mitigating associated risks. At UCS, every key contributor is a “partner,” invested in and owning a piece of the shared vision, with the broader ecosystem skillfully navigating inherent risks.

UV is the founding member of “Ahmedabad IT Angels,” an association of 75+ IT Service Company Owners from Ahmedabad that invests in venture funds and technology startups.

Through “House of Starts,” UV’s Venture Builder, he carves out growth avenues for rebels. Guided by a dynamic 200+ strong team, he shapes both – careers and businesses.

UV and his better half, Kavita, established “Enrise Social Foundation ,” their non-profit initiative, in 2021 to raise human consciousness.

UV is an avid traveler, both of physical places and experiences. While he has traveled to 40+ countries, he spends half the year in Europe, mostly Switzerland and Germany, and the rest in India.

For UV, continuous learning isn’t a mere topic of discussion but an intrinsic way of life. “Life is an ever-present tutor,” he muses, “So, why would we ever halt our learning?”

UV sees himself as a CREATOR whose chief work is for everyone to access their higher self.

Kavita Vaishnav has been the compassionate pillar of support behind UV, the founder of Upsquare Group of Companies, for over two and a half decades, wearing multiple hats and playing myriad roles in businesses and life.

With her expertise as a graphic designer, a yorie-creator, and the Creative Director of the Upsquare Group of Companies, she has significantly influenced the company’s artistic direction. Furthermore, Kavita has been an invaluable stakeholder and advisor to most of UV’s diverse business initiatives.

She has been a co-founder of UV’s crazy projects, even those on the edge of possibility, in endeavors many deemed likely to fail.

Presently, Kavita looks after diversity and inclusion for the whole Upsquare Group. She also spearheads the Enrise Social Foundation, a testament to Upsquare’s commitment to raising collective human consciousness.

Kavita is a frequent traveler and has traveled to 29+ countries. She spends about a quarter of the year in Switzerland and around.

For Kavita, empathy is an intrinsic way of life, and the ever-growing team of Upsquare feels included when Kavita is around.

Vipul is a seasoned leader with over two and a half decades of experience in the dynamic landscape of software services. He has delivered significant results across multiple domains, such as Delivery Operations, Sales and marketing, HR, and Recruitment, and making valuable Business Partnerships.

Vipul practices “Customer First” and uniquely understands and passionately advocates for clients’ needs. His mission is to create a positive and lasting impact on their businesses, both in the short and long run.

Vipul’s journey through all these years has taken him to the far reaches of the globe; with extensive experience in Software and Technology Services, Global Outsourcing, Specialized Publishing, and ITES/BPO industries, his client portfolio includes prominent organizations from Europe and the USA.

Vipul’s leadership philosophy is empowerment. He believes in nurturing and unlocking his teams’ potential, enabling them to deliver exceptional value to internal and external stakeholders. He believes in getting more intelligent, stronger, and goal-oriented for a bright future.

Amish often acts as chief technology mentor with a deep understanding of techno-commercialization.

Amish firmly believes that mentorship is about sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

At UCS, Amish has assumed the role of the CTO. He works closely with Upsquare’s Research Lab, Delivery Teams, and Strategic Technology Consulting Groups.

Amish owns the “Tech Opinion” of Upsquare Group and guides the founders to transform groundbreaking ideas into sustainable businesses.

Amish still likes to code and is currently learning RUST. He is an avid reader and reads a variety of genres; some of his favorite writers are, in no particular order, J.R.R. Tolkien, Nicholas Naseem Taleb, George R.R. Martin, James Paterson, John Grisham, Daniel Pink, and Yuval Noah Harari.
