Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and attract top talent to our organization. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our workforce by crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various online channels, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and update job descriptions
  2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and LinkedIn, Monster)
  3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  5. Interview candidates & coordination for interview rounds (via phone, video and in-person for initial screening)
  6. Good experience in head hunting and hiring skilled candidates and meet recruitment goals
  7. Must have exposure in preparing reports as per requirement of management
  8. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
  9. Update all the details of the candidate in Keka – Hire O
  10. Coordination with hiring managers for scheduled interviews Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
  11. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  12. Create and run referral bonus programs

Education: MBA, BBA,BCOM, BCA,MCA, Or Any
