Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and attract top talent to our organization. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our workforce by crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various online channels, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and LinkedIn, Monster)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates & coordination for interview rounds (via phone, video and in-person for initial screening)
- Good experience in head hunting and hiring skilled candidates and meet recruitment goals
- Must have exposure in preparing reports as per requirement of management
- Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
- Update all the details of the candidate in Keka – Hire O
- Coordination with hiring managers for scheduled interviews Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Create and run referral bonus programs
Education: MBA, BBA,BCOM, BCA,MCA, Or Any
